See how BOTH “certificate” AND “birth certificate” are listed?
Obamas CERTIFICATION of Live Birth form reveals his Birth Registration was FILED in 1961 but was never fully ACCEPTED by the Hawaiian State Registrars Office. See the lower left corner of Obamas CERTIFICATION of Live Birth form and the same corner on the other two examples. This indicates there was insufficient evidence back in 1961 to complete the birth registration process.

The Hawaii DOH has confirmed in 2 different ways, through official communications, that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery, because1) The HDOH has made a statutory admission that Obamas COLB is amended. DOH Administrative Rules (which were illegally hidden until Nov 2009) require all BCs (including the COLB, which is technically an abbreviated birth certificate) to note amendments. Since Factcheck doesnt, it is known to be a forgery.

In HI a “Certificate of Live Birth” is the older form which was a photocopy. A “Certification of Live Birth” is the newer form which is a computer printout. Either way they are state certified birth certificates.
