It seems the main thing she did wrong was not file her case properly but the merits of her case are still valid as in the current case in Santa Ana, CA overseen by Judge Carter where he has stated that this case is important and needs to be resolved. He is a District Court Judge.
It has been mentioned, many times. It is called an ELECTION. Along the way, candidates must apply to Voting Registrars all over the country and prove their eligibility.

Actually, Judge Carter said that Washington D.C. was the proper place for the lawsuit to be heard and still believes the case has merit. Ultimately it is up to the people to hold Congress accountable for not vetting Obama as they did McCain and which the Constitution requires!!! It is amazing that some people on this forum will stand by their candidate or party instead of the Constitution and look the other way at the failure of Congress to vet Obama.
