NATURAL BORN CITIZENS are those ‘born in the US of citizen parents’ (plural) meaning of both soil and blood.
Arnold Schwarzenegger is a citizen, but he is not eligible to be president. Not natural born.

We are talking about the US Constitutional qulifications for the office of President — not race. I have in my hand, now 55 years after my birth, a photo-stat of the original COLB document of my birth. It shows my mother’s signature, Dr. Burgraff’s signature, and the the registrar’s signature, on the record. What they are presenting on Obama, is NOT ORIGINAL. They present data which was”transcribed” from the records. Do you feel we should not follow the US Constitution? Aren’t we the USA?
